Please note that our office is closed on holidays and weekends.  We have offer 24 hour coverage and your urgent after-hours or weekend call will be received by our live answering service. If necessary, our service will page your provider or the clinician on call. If you require immediate, emergency assistance at any time, please call 911 or, if you can safely do so, proceed to the nearest emergency room for care. The emergency room physician will most likely contact your provider for further information and treatment planning.

Parking, Accessibility, and Security

 

Parking is abundant and free at NBA. Our lot is well illuminated during evening hours and the main entrance automatically locks at 5 pm. After this time, visitors must be rung in by our reception staff who monitor the entryway by camera. We also have a number of accessible parking spaces available for those in need. Our office and facilities are located on the 2nd floor but are fully accessible by elevator to those who travel by wheelchair.
